Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Center Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing Work-Based Learning programs that benefit students and employers.
You will work closely with teachers, counselors, and other education professionals to provide support services to students and ensure the success of the program. You will also serve as a liaison between schools, employers, and community organizations to promote career awareness and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Work-Based Learning programs that meet the needs of students and employers
- Serve as a liaison between schools, employers, and community organizations to promote career awareness and development
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other education professionals to provide support services to students
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and program outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in program management, staff supervision, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
