- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process. Exhibit excellent communication skills in all client interactions, managing both expectations and feedback in a positive and constructive manner.
- Business Requirements: Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Develop detailed specifications and user stories, ensuring that the scope of the project is well-defined, and understand market trends and competitive analysis.
- Product Development: Ensure that all client requests are assessed for feasibility, and collaborate with the product team regarding the impact of those requests on the product's roadmap.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Work closely with the development team to create detailed Jira stories and tickets outlining the requirements, technical specifications, and expected outcomes. Oversee the development process by ensuring that tickets are completed accurately and on time. Manage testing phases, including functional testing, ensuring that the final product meets client expectations and quality standards. Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational processes and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders. Provide guidance and manage expectations. Foster strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the development team, ensuring clear communication and effective project execution.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate with clients for user acceptance testing (UAT). Act as the primary point of contact for clients during UAT, managing expectations, addressing feedback, and ensuring that issues are resolved before final delivery.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training to clients on new features and changes, ensuring they are equipped to configure the updates within the product's updated options. Develop clear documentation to assist clients in navigating new features.
- Project and Timeline Management: Coordinate project timelines between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that any potential delays are communicated and mitigated. Manage competing priorities and adjust timelines as needed to maintain project momentum.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate client requirements into actionable development stories.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both clients and internal teams, including executives.
- Technical Skills: Experience working with Jira or similar project management tools to track development, create and test tickets, and manage workflows.
