Intermediate District 287 is looking for a Career & Technical Education Manager for the 2025-2026 school year!
Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. The Career & Tech Center program offers career courses for high school students that are designed to match the level of career readiness by focusing on skill development experiences, career awareness, and decision making that can lead to a college certificate, diploma, or degree.

Education and Experience
- Preferred minimum of five years experience with CTE or STEM programming at the site or district level.
- Degree in Education Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction or related field preferred. Years of experience can be a substitute for preferred degrees.
- Preferred experience in public relations, building business partnerships, etc.
Licensure Requirements
- Valid MN Teaching license or Career and Technical Education license, preferred
- School administrator license (principal, director, Secondary Local Vocational Program Director, or related field), preferred.

- Minimum starting salary is $79,000
