Career Transitions is supporting a technology advanced healthcare testing company who is adding a Sales Support professional to their sales team.

The on-site Sales Support role is responsible for building strong relationships with customers through consultation and education, specifically within the drug testing arena.

The Sales Support candidate has experience working in a lab environment or healthcare facility, accompanied by demonstrated sales support skills.

Sales Support responsibilities and qualifications include :

• Work in liaison with the Sales Team to engage prospective and existing customers, attracting customers by educating them on product offering and benefits.
• Providing customer support, both internally and externally to resolve potential issue and address questions.
• Cold call to explore new leads and schedule potential demonstrations.
• Update and maintain files in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in health related science or business.
• Two plus years of proven success in a sales related role.
• Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint.
