Overview :

A growing organization in Holmdel, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings. This position offers flexibility with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN employment. You will focus on providing Medicare Part B community-based services to the geriatric population.

You will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team, treating a well-balanced mix of patients in their homes. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package and the opportunity for overtime pay.

Quick Glance :

Work setting : Outpatient therapy in home environments, focusing on geriatric patients.
Availability : Minimum of 12.5 hours of direct patient care per week required, including 3 weekdays.
If PRN / Per Diem, ongoing 1-on-1 patient care is necessary with regular weekly availability.
