Full-time, Part-time, or PRN - Home Care

Quick Glance :

This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Paramus, NJ area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to see a minimum of 15 hours of direct patient care per week. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.

Overview :

The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in the homes of older adults. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package & the opportunity for overtime pay!

Job Requirements :

Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).

Eligibility for New Jersey state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Must be available to work 15 hours per week of direct patient care.

If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability.
