Overview :
A growing organization in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in home-based settings .
This position offers flexible hours whether you're interested in full-time, part-time, or PRN work, there are opportunities to fit your schedule.
You will provide Medicare Part B community-based services to the homes of older adults, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
New Grads are welcome, and you'll receive mentorship and support as needed.
