Are you passionate about organizing impactful events that bring developers together? Our team is planning a large developer-focused conference early 2025, and we’re seeking a Short-Term Event Manager contractor to join us. In this role, you will own and execute our event strategy and production from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record in planning and producing large-scale conferences (300 ) in the tech industry, particularly for developer audiences. If you are passionate about developer marketing, AI, or education, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a short-term contractor position with the possibility of transition to long-term contractor or employee position.
You must already have, or be able to obtain, authorization to work in the United States.

Here’s what you’ll do :
- Develop and oversee all aspects of the event program, from strategy to execution.
- Manage the end-to-end production of a large-scale, developer-focused conference (500 attendees).
- Lead all production, logistics, and communications for the event marketing channel.
- Oversee the event marketing budget, including allocations for channels, contractors, and technology.
