This role will be responsible for:
- Strategic Clinical Leadership: Inspiring and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, personalized care.
- Participant Advocacy: Ensuring care plans address participants' medical, functional, and psychosocial needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining adherence to PACE program standards, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and quality benchmarks.
- Team Development: Recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier medical staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing clinical policies, Part D administration, and the development of a robust provider network.
Expectations will include:
- Developing and implementing care strategies aligned with organizational goals and participant needs.
- Advocating for participants by delivering holistic, proactive care that fosters independence and quality of life.
- Driving quality improvement initiatives through data analysis and evidence-based practices.
- Partnering with leadership to integrate clinical and organizational strategies effectively.
- Providing education and fostering professional growth among medical staff.
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
- MD or DO degree, board certification in geriatrics, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty.
- A valid Pennsylvania medical license and at least five years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics or palliative care.
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience with interdisciplinary teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of PACE program regulations and participant-centered care models.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
- A visionary mindset with a commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and participant advocacy.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on skills and experience. All-in cash compensation could range anywhere from $250,000 to $350,000.
