This role will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Generating new business opportunities within the community.
• Assessing, underwriting, and structuring commercial credit deals.
• Conducting thorough credit analysis, including financial statement review and cash flow analysis.
• Participating in community events and business organizations to build the bank's visibility.
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategies aligned with the bank’s growth goals.

Expectations will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Ensuring that all lending decisions comply with the bank’s credit policies.
• Providing exceptional client service and communication.
• Being actively engaged in the local community through networking and business events.
• Contributing to the bank's overall commercial lending strategy.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Proven success in commercial lending with expertise in credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active involvement in community organizations is highly desirable.
• Leadership potential with the desire to grow into a senior or executive role.
