Location : Waltham, MA - Outpatient Treatment programSchedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00am-2 : 00pmPay rate : $32.00-$40.00 / hourBenefits : Health, dental, vision insuranceTuition reimbursement401k with company contributionPaid time offDiscounts on wide array of services and entertainmentQualifications : Masters degree in Counseling, mental health, social work, closely related field required.Licensed Social Worker or Mental Health Counselor or closely related license in the fields of addiction or mental health required.Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in counseling preferred.Experience working with DPH licensing requirements, CARF standards, MBHP regulations or other related requirements preferred.Minimum of three years experience in a substance abuse, mental health, or other related behavioral health program required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.Must display the use of appropriate independent judgment to determine appropriate course of action in resolving problems and in emergencies.
