This position is responsible for leveraging Medical Economics Engine (MEE) data to identify and analyze key cost drivers in healthcare services, ensuring actionable insights are derived to reduce costs and improve value. This role will support strategic initiatives by developing new KPIs, conducting deep dive analyses, and creating executive-level reports to guide decision-making, ultimately contributing to significant cost-of-care savings.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, medical economics, or financial modeling analysis, specifically in the health care industry.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience working with large healthcare datasets.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely, and logically from a cross-functional perspective.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and analytics, and healthcare cost drivers.

Preferred Job Qualifications :

Compensation : $97,600.00 - $176,300.00
