We are seeking a Resident Engagement Director to join our team, who will be responsible for developing and implementing resident engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute resident engagement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing tactics and campaigns.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide recommendations to improve business operations.
- Lead weekly strategy and advisory meetings with executive directors.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify competitive opportunities and threats.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Two years of experience in sales or marketing in the senior living industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
