Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead at a retail store
- Must be at least 18 years of age (unless otherwise indicated by local regulations)
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Physically able to lift and push/pull a minimum of 20 lbs
- Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
Physical Demands:
- Able to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours
- Able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes of the workday
- Able to occasionally climb a ladder to store and retrieve materials
