Job Description :
Full responsibility to manage the lifecycle of records generated by operational business processes, including gathering, organizing, sorting, scanning, filing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and dispositioning the same.
Additional responsibilities include strongly supporting the dispositioning of all calibration out-of-tolerance reports generated by the business and managing and maintaining the quality stamp program for the organization.
Role also supports the BCS Quality Management Team with ad hoc clerical and other administrative tasks and special projects such as internal and external AS9100D compliance audits and related tasks, customer visits and fulfillment of customer and other third party information requests to Quality.
Essential Functions :
Under limited supervision :
Provides administrative support within the Quality organization and other operations functions as needed, including but not limited to :
Manages critical business operations records as required by customer contracts, the FAR and AS9100, including the gathering, organizing, scanning, electronically cataloguing and dispositioning of the same
Provides critical support to required and ongoing internal and external audit activities that are required by customer contracts, the FAR and AS9100
Works as an audit guide during internal and external audits
Manages internal Quality stamp program
Interfaces with high-level internal and external contacts typically within and outside the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
Creates and maintains appropriate databases
Performs research or data analysis tasks
May be a resource to other employees in areas of proficiency.
Follows established processes to complete tasks.
Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations and successfully resolves most of them.
Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has moderate impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
Work is of moderate scope, typically on larger, task-related activities.

Qualifications :
Requires fully proficient job knowledge / skills
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary / associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills :
Proficient in MS Office suite of tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PPT
Approach to learn new tools and processes quickly with enthusiasm
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task as business needs shift
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable
Capability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Strong ability to succeed in repetitive, high-volume tasks
