About You :
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in BIM management within an architectural or multidisciplinary design firm that includes architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and other BIM-related tools.
- Strong understanding of interoperability between BIM and other digital platforms, such as Rhino, Grasshopper, and coding languages (e.g., Python, C#).
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools like BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor, and guide teams in adopting BIM best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach to design technology.
