Job Description :
- Review chatbot performance and transcripts to create recommendations for improvement
- Communicate chatbot capabilities to internal stakeholders and work with them to gather requirements for enhancements and issues
- Create user stories for chatbot enhancements and work with development team to refine
- Monitor chatbot performance metrics and identify underlying reasons for changes
