Are you a Licensed Clinical Psychologist seeking a meaningful role where you can make a difference? We’re hiring for a full-time opportunity within a correctional facility. You’ll play a critical role in providing psychotherapy, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic services to incarcerated child / adolescent patients as part of a collaborative treatment team. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct psychiatric intakes, psychological assessments, and crisis interventions for inmates referred by facility staff.
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy in accordance with established standards of care.
- Diagnose and treat psychological disorders using evidence-based practices, including psychological evaluations and assessments.
- Act as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of patient care in the appropriate format.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, behavioral health program development, and staff training initiatives.
