Customer Service Representative $25-$28hr - you’ll be the go-to person for our customers—answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including Sales, Engineering, Shipping / Receiving, and Accounting, to provide seamless support. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships will be key to your success.

Our facility features a class-10 cleanroom for process development, customer demonstrations, and manufacturing of the ENVIRO solvent-free dry photo resist stripper and Compound Semiconductor Materials Etch Systems.
Beyond manufacturing, we offer in-house services such as Foundry Etch, Thermal Processing, Materials Characterization, and Vacuum Pump / Leak Detector Repair. What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and track deliveries to ensure they meet requirements
- Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers through open, interactive communication
- Handle complaints with professionalism, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
- Proactively engage customers to foster long-term partnerships
