- Prepare recurring headcount reporting every week.
- Prepare accounting entries including reclass entries. Expense tracking includes PO tracking, ensuring accruals are captured accurately for the month and quarter.
- Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial analysis schedules for actual vs. budget variances.
- Support Mailchimp customer success budget including forecasting, month and month-close variances.
