Responsibilities:
- Maintain, change, and charge batteries of powered equipment
- Keep maintenance records on battery inventory and perform minor maintenance on equipment batteries
- Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and cleaning equipment
- Assist with preventive maintenance to ensure distribution center equipment operates at optimum levels
- Perform general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trailers and using forklift-type equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One to three years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools required
