Job Responsibilities
PRODUCT TESTING (75%)
Executes material and product testing safely
- Lives the safety culture every day, working safely while identifying and driving safety in lab processes
- Prepares materials and products pre-test and re-packaging post-test
- Provides feedback on improving testing efficiency
- Follow standardized processes for executing tests.
- Clearly articulate the results and analysis informally / formally to testing lead
- Work closely with lab staff to meet customer expectations for quality, communication, and lab outcomes.
- Utilize LIMS to store data and track lab usage identifying customer use rate for each division of the business
- Analyzes data and reports results (according to capabilities)
PRODUCTIVITY (25%)
Support process improvement in the laboratory
