The Lead Data Analyst is a project-driven individual responsible for overseeing data analysis initiatives, delivering actionable insights, and building scalable data solutions to support business goals. Serving as the primary point of contact for technical project oversight, they will leverage their expertise to ensure alignment of requirements, approach, and delivery in collaboration with corporate staff and clients. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to communicate across levels and is skilled in data visualization using PowerBI, ETL, statistical analysis, data warehousing, data modeling , SQL optimization, and strategic decision-making.

- Support the development of data analysts by providing training, mentorship, and actionable feedback to strengthen analytical and technical skills, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Create and uphold data processes that align with organizational guidelines, ensuring all data activities are well-documented, efficient, and compliant with industry and regulatory standards.
- Lead or advise tea members on the requirements-gathering process for reports and ensure alignment with organizational objectives, utilizing tools like Power BI and SSRS.
- Engage directly with stakeholders across business and operations teams to identify core challenges, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions that address strategic and operational needs.
- Champion best practices in data analytics, identifying opportunities for process refinement, optimizing data workflows, and promoting efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across data-related projects.
- Establish a standard framework for reporting and data modeling to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of use across all reporting solutions, enhancing the team's capacity to deliver reliable insights.
- Encourage a proactive approach to improving data quality, accuracy, and timeliness, inspiring the team to take ownership of data integrity and continuously seek ways to refine processes and outputs.
- Conduct thorough reviews of all analytical deliverables, validating data models, reports, and insights to ensure high-quality, consistent, and actionable outputs that align with organizational standards.
- Provide regular, transparent updates to the Data Analyst Manager on team progress, project statuses, and any obstacles, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering clear communication across leadership.
