Sterling Medical is seeking a Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) – Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Lakenheath, UK.

This position offers a Monday – Friday schedule from 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM and includes relocation assistance.
Position Summary :
The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM) is a key member of the multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team, responsible for providing clinical services to families referred for suspected maltreatment. The FATM will work in the following prioritized capacities :
Maltreatment Assessment and Treatment – Assess and provide treatment for individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegations meet established criteria.
New Parent Support Program (NPSP) – Deliver voluntary, comprehensive, home-based prevention services to families to reduce the occurrence of family maltreatment.
Family Advocacy Strength-Based Therapy (FAST) – Offer voluntary prevention counseling to individuals, families, or groups at risk for maltreatment.
Licensing and Privileging – Maintain a valid U.S. state license, which authorizes independent social work practice, and ensure privileges within the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
Documentation and Compliance – Utilize FAPNet computer software for client visit documentation, adhering to AF FAP standards and accepted professional practice guidelines.
Qualifications :
Active LCSW license authorizing independent social work practice in the U.S.
