This is not your typical maintenance role, this is more about leadership, driving change, bringing change management. You will work with the team on developing a proactive maintenance program instead of a reactive. There will be approximately 12 supervisors reporting to this role. They want someone to come in and mentor the group and provide growth opportunities in the future.
You’ll need experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Your approach will need to be very hands-on as this is no desk job. Need to have a strong leadership background.
