Qualifications :
To succeed in this role, candidates should have the following :
- 2 years of apartment or property maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems efficiently.
- Basic tools for day-to-day maintenance tasks (specialty tools provided as needed).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- HVAC or EPA certification preferred but not required.
