The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist in support of the QA Manager regularly monitors all areas of the Project with a focus on quality customer service. Utilizing regular monitoring data and quality metrics scorings; supports the design and implementation of additional training and performance improvement plans for Benefits Counselors. They also identify counselors with higher metric scorings for other tasks and call skillsets, i.e., Knowledge Base / Help Desk, Translation Line, and Special Projects. The QA Specialist assists with developing operational policies, procedures, and training on quality assurance-related tasks.
