RF Microwave Quality Control Inspector
Temp to Perm
1st shift : 7am-3 : 30pm
Pay rate : $25-30
- Must be capable of; reading and interpreting prints, drawing changes, understanding parts lists and corresponding item numbers.
- Includes familiarity with assembly hardware, chemical, safety, and ESD awareness.
- Performing visual / mechanical inspections using various precision measuring devices and microscopes to military and customer specifications, ability to interpret electrical variables data.
- Review of in-process inspection, assembly and test records to ensure full compliance with customer orders, drawings and specifications.
- Experience performing final mechanical inspection a plus.
- Proficient using all precision measuring tools.
- Understanding of ISO9000 and / or AS9100 quality management systems required.
- Able to demonstrate proper inspection techniques to auditors, customers and source inspectors.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret IPC610, J-STD001, customer and MIL standards.
- IPC / training and certification desirable but not required.
- Attention to detail is a must.
