Position Overview :
We are seeking a HubSpot expert to drive sales effectiveness across Aputure, amaran, and Deity Microphones brands through enablement strategies (70%) and operational optimization (30%). This role focuses on enhancing existing team capabilities while streamlining facilitated sales processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Enablement Core Functions (70%)
- Develop dealer email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub for branded template creation and Sales Hub Sequences for automated follow-ups
- Build :
- Product launch nurture streams (Marketing Hub)
- Automated replenishment reminders (Sales Hub Sequences)
- Cross-sell campaign workflows bridging both platforms
- Create facilitated sales process templates including automated quoting workflows
- Conduct bi-weekly HubSpot CRM mastery sessions with progress tracking
- Produce video tutorials for complex sales scenarios using Google Workspace integrations
- Sales Operations Integration (30%)
- Maintain HubSpot data integrity through :
Bi-monthly pipeline hygiene audits
Dealer engagement rates (opens / clicks), product-specific conversion metrics by region, and average sales cycle duration across brands "
Dialpad integration for automated call logging / CRM updates
