The position involves working new initiatives, requiring user testing and validation of various design directions- testing will include both qualitative and quantitative methods, such as in-person interviews, focus groups, surveys, and synthesis of survey efforts.
Communication : Needs to be articulate, both in written and verbal communication, and have the ability to synthesize complex information and present simple outcomes.

As a Senior Analyst, Product Research supporting Digital Employee Experience for The Company, you will play a critical role in shaping user-centric product experiences for 250,000 employees and cast members by leveraging data-driven insights. You will work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and people insights team to analyze user behavior, evaluate design performance, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance usability and engagement in the service of raising the bar of the employee experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, User Research methodologies, design and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement in our digital products.
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize a diverse range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, user-data analysis, CSAT interpretation, A / B testing, task completion tests, and SUS benchmarking.
Assist in evaluating the impact of design decisions and improving the user experience.
Collaborate with design and product teams to define key success metrics and track performance over time.
Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform design strategies and best practices.
Partner with product designers to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
Develop dashboards and reports that visualize design impact and user interactions.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation aligns with data-driven recommendations.
Advocate for data-informed design decisions and contribute to the evolution of design processes within the organization.
Support usability testing initiatives and help synthesize feedback into design improvements.
Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Promote and advocate for usability and accessibility.
Basic Qualifications :
Required Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in one of these disciplines : Human Factors, Data Science Human-Computer Interaction, Business Analytics, or similar.
5 years of experience in product analytics and / or conducting user research by applying a broad range of methodologies.
Deep experience in quantitative and qualitative user research methods and user testing platforms.
Experience working on research specifically applied to AI apps and processes in the digital experience space.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Familiarity with various user testing methodologies and experimentation platforms.
Strong understanding of UX design principles and user behavior analysis.
Extensive end-to-end experience with all aspects of design research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
Experience working closely with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams on gathering and implementation of research recommendations.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a technology, e-commerce, or digital media company.
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
