Key Responsibilities
- Create store-specific planograms and game plans that align with corporate strategy, using initial assortment plans.
- Produce written directives for efficient in-store implementation of game plans, adjacency plans, and planograms.
- Collaborate with the Allocation Team to ensure proper inventory alignment with completed planograms.
- Analyze SKU productivity and recommend improvements to enhance space utilization, sales, and productivity.
- Address store-specific merchandising and planogram issues within established timelines.
- Participate in weekly Merchant Business Review meetings, sharing productivity findings, timelines, and feedback from field operations.
- Coordinate and execute the physical setup of product sections and floor layouts, ensuring all necessary product and collateral are available.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, and Risk.
- Contribute to special projects such as store initiatives, department resets, and strategy expansions.
- Support visual and floor teams to ensure the accuracy of merchandise and space plans for new store setups and remodels.
