What are the responsibilities and job description for the Yard Jockey position at Careerbuilder-US?
As a Yard Jockey, you will be responsible for the movement of trailers with the use of a powered industrial truck to move loaded and empty trailers to and from dock and yard as designated to facilitate warehouse sorting and the processing of merchandise for shipment or storage and ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. You must be forklift certified and have the ability to sit on a powered industrial truck and position the body to drive backward for extended periods of time. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
