Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple electrical construction projects from the bid stage through completion. This role requires expertise in project administration, purchasing, safety, scheduling, contract management, estimating, and business development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management for multiple electrical construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, and safety protocols.
- Lead project estimating efforts, from bid preparation to final proposal submission.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Mentor and supervise team members, promoting professional growth and company goals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including project management.
- Experience managing electrical projects up to $10 million
- Experience with Conest estimating software is a plus
- Valid Journeyman Electrical License in CT required. Master Electrician is a plus.
- Prior field experience in electrical services is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in project budgeting and scheduling.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
