Responsibilities / Requirements
Motivated to learn IT.
Provide patient assistance to customers via chat and screen share
Comfortable working with computers
Provide guidance and suggest resolution to customer difficulties
Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
Work well with managers and team mates
These jobs require sitting for 2 hours at a time.
Ability to work overtime as required to solve customer issues.

$37,000 annual / 18.00 per hour
40 Hours work week
