To support their team, they offer employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
They are seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business development through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing sales. This is a blended inside and outside sales role, requiring a driven professional who can generate their own leads and build strong client relationships. The role includes a structured learning hour each day to stay updated on industry trends and refine sales strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and attend client meetings, consulting on employee benefits solutions
- Develop relationships with associations, referral networks, and partnerships
- Maintain and update leads in the CRM system
- Stay informed on industry trends and participate in daily sales training sessions
- Close deals and manage renewals, transitioning to 100% commission once renewal commissions exceed draw amount
