Under limited supervision the Machine Operator will handle a variety of semiskilled tasks including monitoring equipment measuring ingredients maintaining production logs and ensuring product quality. This position requires physical stamina attention to safety and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 45 lbs. standing bending and reaching throughout the shift.
- Use scales to accurately measure ingredients and maintain logs for traceability.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly.
- Maintain quality standards by following production guidelines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
