Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Rep you will be the primary contact for established customers looking for new systems expansions or parts / services for their existing systems. This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service by adhering to established procedures and accurately quoting prices sales terms and delivery dates.

Industrial Outside Sales Job Responsibilities

• Engage in field sales calls to industrial and municipal enduser plants offices and consulting firms within a designated territory.
• Utilize the CRM system to reference plan and document sales activities contributing to sales growth and profit management.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide technical and sales support for parts repair services and new applications.
• Facilitate training sessions and implement strategies to expand business opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of products technical solutions and necessary remedies to clients.
• Contribute to the design and development of custom systems to meet client needs effectively.
