The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects involving automated car park systems and other heavy machinery installations. You will be responsible for coordinating the people, permits, materials, and tools needed to keep each project moving forward smoothly. The role will primarily be based in Kent, WA, with travel to Portland, OR, two to three times per month. You’ll work closely with a team that includes millwrights, welders, heavy machinery installers, and electricians to ensure projects are completed within the typical three-month timeline. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects involving custom metal fabrication, automated car parking systems, and heavy machinery installations.
- Coordinate the availability of people, permits, materials, and tools to keep projects on schedule.
- Split time between Kent (main location) and Portland (travel 2-3 times per month).
- Collaborate with millwrights, welders, heavy machinery installers, and electricians to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain detailed project schedules and ensure all parts and processes flow effectively.
- Communicate with a variety of team members and stakeholders to address challenges and maintain momentum.
