The Senior Account Manager will play a key role in driving business development efforts, managing client accounts, and contributing to overall revenue growth. This position involves prospecting for new clients, delivering sales presentations, managing account pricing and payments, and preparing technical and cost proposals.

The Senior Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to meet account goals and participate in industry events to represent the company’s offerings. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and research new project opportunities through calls, networking, conferences, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Work closely with business development, project management, and engineering teams to meet account goals and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Develop and review client proposals, including financial and technical sections, using company templates and pricing models.
  • Oversee account pricing, payments, and accounts receivable to ensure profitability.
  • Provide quality assurance and support for assigned accounts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8 years of sales experience in HVAC commercial services, building automation, or a related field.
  • Technical experience in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance environments is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer presentation skills with proven sales aptitude.
  • Strong financial acumen, particularly in cost modeling and developing technical proposals.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, and motivated by driving results.
