This is a true hunter role requiring proactive outreach lead generation and relationship building. You will leverage your expertise in the construction marketplace to connect with custom home builders architects and other key decisionmakers delivering exceptional solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with custom home builders architects and contractors.
- Educate clients on the companys window and door products focusing on styles types and market applications.
- Penetrate the architectural market and drive sales in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Leverage software tools such as MS Office Suite and Builder Trend for customer management and sales reporting.
- Develop strategic approaches to selling higherend products in a competitive marketplace.
