Crestron Electronics, a Global manufacturing leader of electronics equipment, is seeking a detail oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join the Supply Chain Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating and maintain supply chain related data in our system. This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity, timely processing of transactions and supporting the overall efficiency of the supply chain organization. Candidate must strive to meet and exceed external and internal customer expectations while committing to continuous improvement across operations and supply chain.
Responsibilities
Enter, update and maintain SAP Master Data related to delivery dates, purchase orders, invoices, shipping details and supplier information.
Work with sourcing and procurement teams to help execute strategies for build to print items.
Verify data accuracy and completeness. Work with receiving and the purchasing organization to document when items are delivered and process the necessary transactions. In addition, work with the sourcing team to ensure that Material master data is entered accurately based on the material groups.
Assist in tracking shipments and expediting to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, inventory and accounts payable to ensure accurate record keeping. This minimizes delays in payments or shipments and ensures continuous support.
Document and report on inventory availability and delivery status of production support item. In addition, coordinate deliveries when necessary.
Follow data entry procedures to support the procurement organization in ensuring that supplier information and SKU specific data is entered accurately.
Support the procurement team with administrative task as needed.

Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Management
2 years of experience in manufacturing environment
Proven experience in data entry
APICS certification is a plus
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Microsoft Office experience required
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently
Ability to work independently to determine methods and/or solutions to daily activities
