Position Purpose:
Resolves end-user hardware, software, network, phone and copier problems. Provides end-user training. Performs project implementation activity such as software application rollout, PC upgrades, network upgrades or directs vendor personnel for the same. Performs any duties or projects assigned by supervisor.
Essential Functions:
End user support
- Provide end-user support and training for computer systems and network-based software applications.
- Install and support hardware such as PCs, various printers, and storage peripherals.
- Troubleshoot user hardware, software, network issues.
- Ensure that workstation configurations comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines.
Education and Training
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program in an Information Technology related field.
Environmental Conditions
- Office setting
- Manufacturing plant

- Ability to interface with customers and provide group and / or one-on-one support and training.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the salary range for this position is $20.00-23.00 per hour depending on the student's class standing. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, qualifications, and other job-related criteria. This pay range is provided to ensure transparency and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
