Support RNA assay development and chemistry by supporting RNA extraction, qPCR, immunoassays, and analytical methods to characterize oligonucleoProducts
Conduct and troubleshoot experiments, independently and in collaboration with colleagues, to characterize and screen siRNA oligonucleoProducts
Support siRNA characterization by through routine and consistent performance of 4 or more assays
Support lipid nanoparticle (LNP) development and characterization using dynamic light scattering (DLS), Encapsulation efficiencies (ribogreen fluorescence) and HPLC.
Support routine tasks associated with siRNA solid phase supported synthesis and characterization using LC/MS.
Collect and evaluate data; prepare reports, summaries, and presentations; maintain and update laboratory notebook and the laboratory information management system
Manage inventory of supplies, ordering reagents and consumables
