Job Overview:
Our manufacturing company is seeking a Hardware Manufacturing Associate to join our Hardware Manufacturing Team. This role involves aligning, calibrating, and testing hardware components while ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO regulations. You will work in a team-oriented environment, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly & Testing: Align, calibrate, and execute test methods per operational plans.
- Quality Compliance: Follow work instructions, SOPs, engineering drawings, and FDA/GMP requirements.
- Production Execution: Complete work orders on time and maintain accurate production records.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, escalating as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend quality and process improvements for efficiency.
- Lean Manufacturing: Participate in lean manufacturing principles to optimize production.
- Safety & Training: Maintain a safe work environment and train new team members on procedures.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of relevant experience (experience in FDA or ISO-regulated industries preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive assembly tasks
Physical Demands:
- Standing for prolonged periods (80%)
- Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching
- Handling assembly components repetitively with precision
