Job Overview
The Compliance & Privacy Analyst will play a key role in supporting the compliance and privacy program by analyzing statutes, laws, and regulations, managing program documentation, and handling requirement intake. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance or legal expertise, and a highly collaborative approach to ensure the organization meets regulatory and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze statutes, laws, and regulations to assess compliance requirements.
- Support program documentation and ensure proper intake of compliance requirements.
- Summarize complex legal and regulatory information into clear, concise reports.
- Assist in developing and maintaining privacy and data protection processes.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in compliance or legal fields.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and process-oriented thinking.
- Ability to review complex information and provide succinct summaries.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance.
- Paralegal experience or knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
