Job Description: Purpose Statement
Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manages contract language, including updates to master terms & conditions
Assesses business risk and facilitates redline reviews with customers, including negotiations over requested legal language adjustments, additions or removals
Partners with Legal to conduct more expansive language reviews as required
Ensures proper tracking of redline reviews occurs and versioning of contract review documents are archived and accessible
Quality System Requirements
In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications
6 - 9 years related experience with BA or 4 - 7 years with MBA
OT: Eligible for 1.40 OT Mark-Up: Yes
