POSITION SUMMARY:
This position reports directly to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing and plays a crucial role in supporting and impacting WellSense s Procurement Management System (Levelpath). Key responsibilities include:
Uploading supplier agreements (e.g., Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Amendments, Statements of Work (SOWs)) into Levelpath.
Creating and maintaining the system, generating reports, reconciling contracts, developing a contract clause library, and designing a modular contract template.
Performing various administrative tasks to maintain a robust contract database and ensure adherence to health plan and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a solid understanding of legal terminology and a keen eye for detail to ensure data integrity.
Must Haves:
3-5 years healthcare experience (e.g. Managed Care Organization (MCO) or Payor).
2-3 years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) procurement software (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Procurify, LevelPath).
Experience in reviewing complex legal agreements and interpreting contract language
Ability to translate data into convincing information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Products
Project Management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and meet specific deadlines
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Ability to analyze contract language and translate terms and conditions into procurement management system.
Analyze and develop quality control processes for new and revised contracts
Assist sourcing team to reconcile files on shared drives and migrate into procurement platform.
Support manager in developing modular contracting templates and contract clause library to support contract categorization, term and conditions analysis and overall contract agreement validation and reconciliation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Law, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP) preferred.
