Job Description:
- The existing environment used to manage this data and make it available for use consists of a .NET Framework 4.0.0 application (ASP.NET VB.NET) running on Windows 2016 Server with IIS version 10.0.14393.0.
- The contractor is expected to upgrade the existing application to the latest .NET CORE version as well as make several changes to the
- database and function of the application to enhance functionality. Access is both internal to our agency, and externally by other state agencies.
- The web front end will be modernized as well to improve appearance as well as function.
- Advanced knowledge of VB.NET, .NET Framework, .NET CORE programming
- Advanced knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), and SQL database
- Proficient with IIS configuration
- Proficient with Windows Server versions 2016 and 2025
- Knowledge of geocoding
- Knowledge of Enhanced Information System (EIS)
