Job Description:
Network architect to provide data networking solutions and oversight in regard to legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio.
- Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, from a broadband circuit perspective.
- Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services.
- Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps.
- Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices
- Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution.
- Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service
- Responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations
- Recommended Knowledge/Experiences:
- Experience in State/Agency is a plus. ITIL Foundations certification desirable
- Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions
- Experience in cloud networking
- Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool
