Title: Financial Data Analyst/Business Analyst - Finance
Location: Mason OH (Hybrid 3x a week)
Duration: 3 Months - potential temp to hire
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Analysis of Business Data for results reporting and business decision making. Able to develop testing scenarios to reflect data changes requested by customers. Work on projects such as the analysis of reports/data, and data maintenance, based on business rules.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES:
A. Store/OD Systems Data Maintenance Environment (DME) Function.
1. Perform configuration functions as requested through request system.
2. Execute and validate Data Testing, including other system interfaces.
3. Work with data structures to support POS enhancements.
4. Maintain repository of stores reflecting POS configurations.
5. Periodically coordinate testing efforts.
B. Store/OD Systems Store Builds in the configuration environment.
1. Research & analyze store/doctor office enhancements logs and issues received from the Support Center.
2. Create/Clone new store on as needed basis provided by Store Design.
3. Updates correct tax rate for store builds and tax audits.
C. Analysis: 1. Identify and document business rules and requirements.
2. Ability to Analyze multiple situations and issues.
3. Ability to partner with cross functional teams to resolve issues.
4. Effectively communicate issues and risks to cross function and management teams.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

B. Prioritize workload based on requested due date and type of projects.
C. Respond to store inquiries related to store systems, policies, and procedures.
D. Support and work on new initiatives as needed.

COMMUNICATES WITH OTHERS:
Frequent oral and written communication with CSC departments, store/field management, and store systems consultants.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Functional Competencies: - Has ability to create plans and perform data validation. - Has ability to analyze requests and communicate findings. - Knowledge of retail POS systems or databases. Leadership/Foundational Competencies: - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects/tasks. - Customer Service oriented. - Champions change and continuous improvement. - Foster teamwork and open communications. Experience: Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must. Proven track record of providing analytical business solution ranging from ad hoc to major BI projects. Two-Three years analytical and business system solutions in retail, manufacturing, or insurance. Experience with Retail or relational systems preferred
